This book does have a lot of ways to motivate employees， but it is more anecdotal types of motivation， such as giving extra time off， buying gift cards， etc。 It is literally 1001 ideas for rewards。 I was hoping for something a little more in depth， so in that regard it failed。 I will likely keep it on hand for a while in the event I run out of ideas for rewards， and then will probably swap it away。
